Challenge Details:
For this challenge the only requirement is for your fermentation to be Non-Beer. This is wide open, think about Cider, Wine, Mead, Seltzer, Hot Sauce, Pickles, Sour Dough, but the list doesn’t stop there. As long as it is fermented and isn’t a beer, it will fit this challenge.

Drop off 3 samples (that are labeled with your name), to Ye Olde 121 Public House by June 14th at 6 pm.

Attend our June 20th meeting (and bring 2-3 additional samples). You’ll discuss and share the details of your fermentation. Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting.
