High ABV Challenge

Challenge Details:

For this challenge the only requirement is for your fermentation to be at least 7% ABV. This can also be a great segue into the September 2027's Aged Fermentation Challenge. A lot of high ABV fermentations do well with age, so if you need something for next year’s challenge make sure to keep some of this entry around.

From here, entering is easy. Complete these steps:

• Complete an entry form, click here.

• Drop off 3 samples (that are labeled with your name), to Ye Olde 121 Public House by December 13th at 6 pm.

  • Address: 1057 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80226

• Attend our December 19th meeting (and bring 2-3 additional samples). You’ll discuss and share the details of your fermentation. Winners will be announced at the end of the meeting.
